PROJECT K-ON! Concert Stage Diorama (Part XXVI)

WIP Lightings for the K-ON! Concert Stage Diorama: Part E
Here's the latest additional lightings project for my K-ON! Concert Stage Diorama


Materials Used:
01. Toothpaste Caps
02. Pla Plates
03. LED's
04. IF Transistors Casing
05. Barbecue Sticks
06. LED metal holder and plastic holders.

- Took me months to collect many toothpaste caps hehehe =) -
- i'll be using this as an LED holder -
- have to remove the toothpaste cap cover -
- IF Transistors that i'll be using for the LED mountings -
- disassembling the IF transistor -
- disassembling the IF transistor -
- disassembling the IF transistor -
- cutting this extending parts -
- cutting also the extended parts -
- the plastic part of the IF transistor -
- reinstalling the plastic part to the metal casing, this will serve as insulation for the LED terminals -
- test fitting the IF metal case to the toothpaste caps -
- cutting the toothpaste cap cover -
- using a metal LED Holder in order to further illuminate the LED lights -
- test fitting the assembly -
- test fitting the assembly -
- using the IF metal casing + Pla Plates made this to hold Super Bright LED's -
- using the IF metal casing + Pla Plates made this to hold Super Bright LED's -
- using the ever trusted bamboo barbecue stick for the scaffolds -
- using a pen's ink holder i'll be using this as a connector for the scaffold -
- the ink holder + the barbecue stick -
- gluing this part using Bulldog superglue -
- LED plastic holders to be used as part of the scaffolds -


- the assembled scaffold -


- sanded the PLA PLATES parts -
- after sanding and washing, the LED mounts are being prep for test fitting for the scaffolds -

- test fitting the LED spotlights mounting -
- test fitting the LED spotlights mounting -
- preparing for priming -
- painted with Bosny Black -


- the painted parts -

- connected the LED Spotlight using Super Glue -
- PCB for the LED Terminal block -
- using PLA PLATES to make the Terminal Block Holder -
- PLA PLATES for the PCB Terminal Block Holder -
- PLA PLATES for the PCB Terminal Block Holder -
- drilling the necessary holes for the LED terminals -
- sanded the PCB -
- The LED's in their metal casing/holders -
- using PLA PLATES to make the power supply holder -
- the switch and the battery holder -
- the PCB in it's terminal block holder -

- THE COMPLETED PROJECT -

  3. very nice, would you be willing to build another (everything but the figurines, case, and stage) basically looking for speakers, soundboard, scaffolding, and all lighting.
